Only a small change on my desktop.

Rainmeter in use:
Bristol for player and slideshow.
Tuxedo for Cpu/Ram/Time/Date/Weather.

The skins are modded by me.
Original skins are from david ross and guerrilive.

Launcherbar and everythingelse is selfmade.
Wallpaper is from manicho.
